As Promised : 4 Month Stats!

Carter did okay at the Doctor's office today. He was a good boy in the waiting room but by the time Dr. Omar got around to doing his check-up he was kinda cranky :(. Everything checked out great and Carter is a healthy, typical 4 month old baby! And Matt was able to make it to the appointment and held Carter while the nurse administered his shots. He did cry, and not his silent cry but rather his gut-wrenching "I am not happy" loud cry, and he had an eyeful of tears but he was quickly settled down with a little mom and dad cuddle time. And he is currently relaxing for the rest of the afternoon at Grandma's. Okay, okay now on to the important stuff....his stats!

Drum roll please....

  • Weight: 14 pounds 14 ounces - 50th percentile
  • Height: 24 1/2 inches - 30th percentile (up from the 3rd!)
  • Head Circumference: 41.3 centimeters - 30th percentile

So he is a fairly average guy, which is alright with me! Other noteworthy events coming up - Carter will try peas this week and Matt and I are trying to decide on Halloween costumes for the Little Man!! Right now it is between a dragon, a monkey, a lion or Dronkey from Shrek 3! Any opinions or suggestions?!
