Bubbles!

Carter Man loves to be outside and would prefer to be outside all the time. The past several days have been hard for him because it has been too cold or too rainy for him to play outside. :( One of his favorite things to do outside is play with BUBBLES! My mom has a bubble-machine and Carter will just sit in front of it and let the bubbles fly at him! So I shouldn't be surprise that he totally said "bubbles" tonight!!

He has been carrying around a little thing of bubbles he got from his friend Mia's birthday party and I was pronouncing bubbles to him. Say bub-bles. And he totally repeated after me! Not completely clear but he definitely said it! So proud of my little man!

He is becoming such a crazy guy with endless energy. He.does.not.stop.moving! But he is babbling a lot more, will say"hi" to everything and anything and will answer "yeah" when you ask him a question. Cutest.thing.ever! Just the other night I asked him if he was ready for bed. He said, "yeah," got his nuk and walked to his bedroom - my heart seriously melted.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day! Carter slept in and he (and daddy) got me a card and a necklace :). We went to the Fountains for nice lunch and because Carter missed his morning nap he slept almost 3 hours in the afternoon - giving mommy plenty of time to just sit back and relax. It was wonderful! Other than that we have just been enjoying life and getting outside as much as we can!
