So Carter has had a love-hate relationship with baths. When he was an itty-bitty baby he hated baths - as most babies do. Once he could sit it in the bath by himself or with Matt or I he loved baths. There was a brief moment, after a loud bath with Addison, that he was terrified of baths but for the past several months bath time = fun time!
He gets so excited watching the tub fill up that he dances and tries to get in - tonight he actually got one of his feet on top of the tub. He even helps me undress him. He puts his arms up, legs up and doesn't fight me at all. It is really too cute. Dressing him is a very different story in the morning when he fights me tooth and nail! Once he is in the tub he is so happy. He splashes around and plays with his toys. He also likes to stand and the side of the tub and pull in shampoo bottles, body wash, and bubble bath, which he thinks is so.much.fun.
But tonight he did something new and a little crazy, I think! There was a break in all his toys and he just looked at the bath water and put his whole face in!!! I couldn't believe it! It startled him a little but after some coughing he just looked at me and smiled. Crazy guy :)
