Last Sunday we made a trip to the Pumpkin Patch! Matt and I haven't gone in years and we thought Carter's first Halloween was a perfect excuse to go. Carter is really too young to enjoy most of the festivities but he had a good time meeting the goats, piglets and ponies. We also went on a tractor ride to the pumpkin patch :). We decided to pass on picking our pumpkins directly from the patch because it was a little muddy and we had to get back home for pasta night!
But we did pick pumpkins that had already been picked out of the patch...a big one for Matt, a littler one for me and a baby pumpkin for Carter. We plan on getting Hayden a pumpkin from Hy-Vee so we will have a cute little pumpkin family :).

How tall are you Carter?
