7 Months!

Carter Man is 7 months old today! Crazy! I cannot believe how fast time is flying. I know everyone says that but it is so true :). Carter is changing so much and learning new things every day! We love him so much and he is really the best entertainment. We laugh at his antics and say multiple times a day, "he is so cute!" What can we say?! We are very proud parents :).

Happy 7 Months Mr. Man! Here is what you've been up to:

• You are using your voice more often but prefer to stay on the quiet side
• You are reaching at everything and recently Addison and Hayden have been the object of your affection - neither of them liked to be prodded at very much :)
• You are sitting up alone is the big bath tub! You have only taken in a couple mouthfuls of water and you don't like when the faucet is running
• You have moved up to size 3 diapers
• You are wearing mostly 6-9 months clothing and wear some 9 months stuff too
• You practice standing using the activity table at Grandma's house.
• You and Addison are trying to learn to share toys...it is a work in progress
• You met your Auntie Megan over the weekend! She didn't want to hold you in fear of getting thrown up on - you weren't offended :)
• You usually play in your diaper at home! It is your preference but between all the spitting up and drooling it is easier than changing you a million times
• Your top teeth are trying to poke through...mom has asked them to wait awhile
• You are ticklish!
• You tried to crawl yesterday morning! It ended in a face-plant :(
• You are working on getting from a sitting position to a crawling position...sometimes it works - sometimes it doesn't
• You are holding your own bottle now. It is nice to be able to have my hands free but sometimes I miss helping you...so sometimes I still do :)
• Speaking of your bottle - we have to hide it after you eat. Because if we don't you will just stare at it. We think you are wishing it full again. Like if you stare at it long enough it will fill back up with milk - silly guy!

You are also sharing your 7 month birthday with your Aunt Joanna who is celebrating her 25th birthday today! Happy Birthday Auntie Jo!

Today's date is also very special to Miss Addison Marie who, this time last year, was coming home from the hospital.
