It's a GIRL!!

Matt and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our DAUGHTER Isla Elizabeth Hatz. She was born today at 3:53 pm weighing in at 6 pounds 15 ounces, 18 1/2 inches long and absolutely beautiful! I ended up being induced and once again had a hard and fast labor. We are all in love with her and were completely shocked that she is a girl. Especially Carter who desparately wanted a brother named Max :). His first words upon meeting his baby sister? "It's Max!" Birth story and pics to come.
