Miss Addison
We only had four kiddos there - Carter included! So the only game we played was the Cars pinata. We bought one that you just pull the strings instead of hitting it with a bat, which is kid-friendly and they seemed to have just as much fun. Three of the kids are three and under so they really didn't "get it" but were happy to just pull the string. Mr. Gavin was the winner pulling one of the last strings left :). We had to tell the kids to go after the candy and Carter picked up all the Smarties - I have no idea why since he has never had them before. Addison was happy with a sucker and Miss Mia made out big because she is almost five! and totally understood the point of the game :).
The pinata
Carter's turn!
Going after the loot
After that it was cake and presents for Carter man. He loved having Happy Birthday sung to him and loved his Cars cake. And just like Christmas he was happy to open one gift and then wanted to play with whatever he opened. I couldn't pull him away to focus on gift opening so I enlisted the help of Gavin who is a gift-opening pro since his birthday was just over a month ago.
The cake!
Birthday Boy!
Blowing out his candles - he finally got it with a little help from papa :)
Thanks to everyone who made it to the party and celebrated Carter's birthday. Also thank you to everyone who sent along birthday wishes to our little man!!Trying to get pic with his birthday shirt on - not happening!

A tiny discoverer of butterfly wings,
A hugger of Teddies,
A sweet sleepyhead,
And someone to dream for in bright years ahead."
